All applicants
applying for the Clarence W. Crenshaw Scholarship must:
1.
Have physical challenge.
2.
Be a resident of
Chambers, Cherokee, Galveston, Hardin, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty,
Newton, Orange, or Tyler Counties.
3.
Submit a letter stating
goals and educational objectives.
4.
Submit two letters of
recommendation from high school teachers and/or counselors.
5.
Submit transcript of
high school grades.
6.
Document proof of
financial need by submitting a copy of family’s personal income
tax return for year preceding scholarship application and disclose
any other educational funding received.
7.
Furnish proof of
acceptance to college or institute of choice prior to scholarship
funds being awarded.
8.
Interview
with Clarence W. Crenshaw Scholarship Committee.
